Fundraising Committee- The Fundraising Committee plays a crucial role in organizing and executing various fundraising events such as the annual Beaux Arts Ball, Art Fair, and Summer Fundraiser. Their primary duties include analyzing lists to identify potential donors, sponsors, and partners from businesses, institutions, and individuals. The committee devises effective strategies for approaching these entities to secure their support. Additionally, they are tasked with developing detailed budgets for each event to ensure financial sustainability. In addition to financial considerations, the Fundraising Committee reviews the manpower needed to successfully execute each event. This involves assessing staffing requirements for tasks such as event setup, registration, guest assistance, and cleanup. The Fundraising Committee also plays a critical role in reviewing and evaluating current marketing efforts related to fundraising events. This includes assessing the effectiveness of promotional strategies such as social media campaigns, email newsletters, press releases, and advertising initiatives.

Gallery Committee- The Gallery Committee is responsible for meticulously planning and organizing the annual calendar of exhibitions.
